American Hi-Fi Unveils Long-Awaited New Track After Ten Years

American Hi-Fi Release First New Song In A Decade

The Boston-based band American Hi-Fi has been making music since 1998, and they are largely remembered for their 2001 track “Flavor Of The Weak.” The group, which features its original members, released a covers EP in 2020. However, they had not shared any original tracks since their 2014 album Blood & Lemonade. Until now.

Today marks the release of their new song titled “I’m Still In Love With Rock ‘N’ Roll,” which was revealed on Instagram yesterday. The song celebrates a continued passion for rock music. Some of the lyrics include: “MTV Spring Break with Lit, that 15 minutes fuckin’ ripped, and I still got Carson Daly’s number!” The track embodies a lively, upbeat power-pop vibe reminiscent of early 2000s music. Listen to it below.
