  • A MASTERPIECE

I gotta say that each and every song on this album was wonderfully produced, and this is by far (in my opinion) Norah’s best album. Absolutely STUNNING.
  • Not a favorite.

Norah Jones' previous albums each have tunes that easily come to mind. This collection is not nearly as charming or memorable, and lacks continuity. Bass is heavy-handed, almost drowning out some vocals. Jones' unique sound, enthusiasm and vocal range seem diminished and blasé. With the exception of "Out On the Road" and "All A Dream," this album is tedious - too pop and monotonous for me.

Again, I love each song on this album and it has another song in which I have an obsession: MIRIAM. So, so good. Recommended tracks: 1. Miriam 2. Happy Pills 3. Travelin’ On 4. Little Broken Hearts 5. After the Fall

They are so much more than songs they are just wonderful stories plus they remind me of my time traveling in Italy.
  • Norah Jones' singing is excellent, mixing not so much

This is a solid pop album with the songs engaging and Norah Jones' vocals as strong as ever. The mixing is very bass heavy, to the point of annoyance. I never considered Norah Jones as boom car material but this album would give the subwoofers a work out.

I've been in love with this album since my ears fell upon it. I love that she's doing something different and welcome NJ and her collaborations. One of the reasons I'm in love with this CD is my fear of flying. I listened to this while taking off and Good Moring helped easy my anxities. Another reason to love this album, it's another side of Nora Jones and not just the girl next door type. I like the darker side of her.

I appreciate the jazzy Norah, but this album is brimming with a controlled musical energy that I like. I can here some of her country twang and even spaghetti western influences, but it definitely still has a modern edge. This is a Norah I don't want to mess with and it's a revelation.
  • Hold on, now…….
