  • Should Have Been Subtitled "The Best Instrumentals."

This collection as awesome as it is collects the best instrumentals from Hiroshima's years with Sony. Hiroshima is best known for it's combination of traditional Japanese instruments and electric to create one of the most singular trademark sounds in music. Hiroshima also features an ever-changing lineup of female vocalists for a few key tracks on every album to date and those vocal performances can be stellar. This collection could have benefitted from a vocal to break the mood a bit but be that as it may, this cd is well done in both selection and over all mastering. Hiroshima continues to record to this day and this collection highlights their second association with a major label, the first association was with Arista/BMG which is now one label combined with Sony so who knows, a reconfigured anthology featuring the combined label may be in the works, or we can strongly suggest one.

What happened to Hiroshima's "Room Full of Mirrors"? One of their greatest songs! I would put that song on par with "One Wish". Guys, you have to list that one. Maybe I'll have to find it elsewhere.
  • Great seeing them live!

I recently saw Hiroshima perform live in Las Vegas. They were at a private party at the MGM Grand. Their show brought back memories of the songs I was familiar with, and prompted me to go here and find the songs. Excellent music !!

If you like flying, driving, biking, running, this group will make your experience that more enjoyable. With a Asian R&B sound like no other band can do. Rich in history, this album reflects the sounds of East and West. Keep on Keepin on!!!!!
