I listened to it free on the podcast and when I wanted to listen to it again I realized I would have to pay for it and did so happily. I also just realized you can "gift" items from the iTunes Store so I know what my next few gifts will be!

Got completely hooked on Hard Core History. I've been listening to different history podcast for about a year now and though most are good Dan takes it to another level. His ability to paint a mind picture is unsurpassed. His narration is riveting. Bring the blood and gore associated with important historical events to life without being gratuitous. If you're looking for educational entertainment while driving in traffic this is it.
  • Best Dan episode to start with

Applies relativity in an intelligent, non agenda driven way. Really helps you understand the situation. Luckily i got this while it was still free on the podcast but its worth the $12 or 15 bucks imo. Lots of newer stuff of his is free on the podcast btw.
