The BBNaija No Loose Guard housemates refused to let Week 2 be boring and stirred up drama to keep things interesting.
This week witnessed the season’s first clashes, first wager victory, and the first eviction of the Heads of House. But that’s not all that happened. Let’s dive into the details:
Formation of Cliques
Cliques are a staple in every BBNaija season, and this season is no different. Chinwe initiated the formation of cliques by expressing her dislike for Nelly and recruiting DJ Flo and Rhutiee into a group. Meanwhile, the Mbadiwe twins and Chekas formed their own squad due to Ozee’s interest in Onyeka, and then there’s the trio of Wanni, X Handi, and Shaun. Drama galore!
Intense Confrontations
Tensions boiled over in the house with heated confrontations. From Wanni accusing Onyeka of stinginess to Chinwe clashing with Chizoba for calling her rude, the week was filled with verbal battles. The week ended with a food fight between Kellyrae and Michy.
Although things calmed down temporarily, tensions resurfaced on Sunday as Rhutiee confronted Wanni X Handi over kitchen matters.
Zion and Chinwe’s Rift
Chinwe and Zion found themselves at odds after a series of conflicts. Their feud escalated when Zion intervened in Chinwe’s argument with Chizoba, leading Chinwe to feel undermined. The fallout continued for days, with Chinwe even considering leaving the show and revealing she supported Zion financially, causing further turmoil.
Despite attempts to reconcile, Ebuka’s revelation about Chinwe’s financial contribution added more strain to their relationship.
New Romantic Relationships
Week 2 introduced budding romances in the house with pairs like Topher and Anita, Rhutiee and Mayor Fresh, Sooj and Nelly, and Ozee and Onyeka forming connections. Only time will tell how these relationships develop.
Victory in First Wager
After losing the first wager during the Mbadiwe twins’ reign as Heads of House, the subsequent leaders redeemed themselves with a mystery-themed task that left viewers perplexed. Despite the confusion, the housemates secured a win.
Heads of House Eviction
Despite being well-liked by their peers and assisting in winning the wager, Ndi Nne faced eviction as the Heads of House due to the new Custodian twist. Streeze, the week’s custodians, ultimately chose to evict the duo after they landed in the bottom four.
Wanni X Handi Triumph as Custodians
Despite a heated altercation with Rhutiee, Wanni X Handi emerged as the custodians for the week. If Rhutiee and their partner face eviction, Wanni X Handi will have the final say.
