An incident involving the renowned English singer Elton John unfolded in a unique manner during his visit to a sneaker store in France. The store owner, Ryan Sukkar of Sugarkikz in Nice, claimed that Elton John resorted to using a plastic bottle for urination inside the premises. According to Sukkar as reported by TMZ, Elton arrived at the store on a Monday afternoon accompanied by his two sons and a bodyguard. Upon inquiring about the restroom facilities, Elton was informed that none were available. Given the circumstances, the music legend requested a bottle from his security personnel and discreetly relieved himself a few steps away from other customers.
Due to a slight mishap in his attempt, some urine ended up spilling on the floor prompting Elton to request a towel for clean-up. Sukkar voiced his astonishment and displeasure at the incident, clarifying that in his three-year tenure as the store owner, such an occurrence had never taken place. Interestingly, Sukkar failed to recognize Elton John during the episode. When inquiring about Elton’s profession, the singer simply responded, “I’m Elton John.”
Following a swift online search, Sukkar grasped the significance of his customer. Notwithstanding the awkward situation, Elton John bought two pairs of sneakers for his sons, posed for a picture with the store, and exchanged pleasantries with Sukkar before departing.
