Ahead of their upcoming debut album, Wishy, the Band to Watch from Indianapolis, is set to release Triple Seven. Offering a glimpse into their sound, the band has already unveiled tracks like “Love On The Outside” and the title song. Today, they are presenting the euphoric track “Sick Sweet.”
In a statement, Kevin Kraute discussed the inspiration behind the song, stating, “This song is about desiring something or someone despite uncertainties, and being willing to risk it all to pursue it. I drew inspiration from an interview with Liam Gallagher of Oasis, where he mentioned his lyrics are predominantly about ‘Just living life’ and ‘Just going for it.’ This energy is reflected in this song.”
