Elvis Poko Demands Refund from Portable within 24 Hours for Contract Breach

Comedian, actor, and singer Elvis Poko has set a 24-hour deadline for musician Portable to refund him after breaching a contract by not performing at a music concert. Elvis Poko made this ultimatum public on his Instagram, stating he prefers to resolve the issue without involving the police.

The incident occurred during Elvis Poko’s event “Elvis Poko Waterside Boy Tour Live In Concert” in Warri, Delta State, on June 30. Portable, known for the song ‘Zazoo,’ failed to show up at the event and has allegedly not returned the fee he was paid.

In a statement on his social media, Elvis mentioned that he has instructed his legal team not to pursue damages or compensation for the losses incurred due to Portable’s absence.

Elvis emphasized that he is a man of integrity and has given the artist a 24-hour deadline to refund him in full.

Elvis’s message reads:

“I personally instructed my Lawyers to not lay any claims for damages or compensations. I’m not your friend, I paid you in full. Your invoices and confirmation videos plus apology texts from you & your team are with Bar OJ. I’m not a social media person. I don’t chase clout on social media. I’m a real-life person. Ogbeni, I am giving you 24 hours to refund my money in full. I won’t talk about this again!”

He further added: “@portablebaeby @babyluvgram let it be on record, so the earth can bear me witness. I’m not going to court, and I’m not getting the police involved as well. I need nothing off you, payback what I paid you… 24 hours is all you got.”
