Based in Chicago’s South Side, Si Dios Quiere offers a raw and edgy take on metallic hardcore, full of attitude. After releasing several EPs, they are gearing up for their first full-length album, No Angels, debuting in two weeks. The aggressive track “Fool’s Gold,” which previously came out as a single, was highlighted in our hardcore feature last month and is definitely worth a listen. Today, they shared the title track of the album, “No Angels.”
The song “No Angels” delivers a powerful rhythm, echoing the vibe of bands like Trapped Under Ice and Madball. It features impressive guitar work and includes guest vocals from Andy Zarate, the frontman of Dallas metalcore group Soledad.
