Recently, 2nd Grade shared details about their upcoming album titled Scheduled Explosions, featuring 23 tracks. They have released three songs: “Made Up My Own Mind,” “Out Of The Hive,” and “Airlift.” Now, they’re back with three more tracks: “I Wanna Be On Your Mind,” “Uncontrollably Cool,” and “Like A Wild Thing.”
The standout single “I Wanna Be On Your Mind” features vocals from Catherine Dwyer of Remember Sports. Peter Gill described it as:
“I Wanna Be On Your Mind” is one of my earliest pop creations, making it a nostalgic piece at the end of the album. It tells the story of a song longing to linger in someone’s mind. I’m thrilled with Catherine Dwyer’s performance—it embodies my desire to create songs for others to interpret.
