Celebrity Sighting, a newly formed band from Madison, features Tyler Fassnacht, known as Baby Tyler, and Danielle Tucci. Their style blends energetic garage-pop with indie-pop influences from both Oceania and the Midwest, creating what some refer to as “fuzzy bubblegum” music, as noted by see/saw. With catchy melodies delivered through their raw, guitar-heavy sound, they evoke comparisons to Times New Viking, although their debut album They’re Just Like Us maintains a slightly more polished quality.
