Over the past two years, GloRilla has made a significant mark in the Memphis rap scene, gaining rapid fame with her hit song “FNF (Let’s Go).” She has since produced several popular tracks, toured with Megan Thee Stallion, and crafted a distinctive and engaging persona. Now, she is set to unveil her debut album titled Glorious.
There’s an interesting twist regarding the term “debut album,” as GloRilla previously released the EP Anyways, Life’s Great in 2022 and her mixtape Ehhthang Ehhthang earlier this year. Currently, details about Glorious remain sparse, aside from its release date in October and cover art that could use some reevaluation. However, she has accompanied the album announcement with a brand new single, “Hollon.” This latest track continues her trend of high-energy, chant-like songs and samples DJ Unk’s 2006 hit “Hold On Ho.” You can listen to it below.
