The well-known indie rock band Nada Surf is soon releasing their upcoming album Moon Mirror. Before the album is out, they have already shared a couple of tracks, including “In Front Of Me Now” and “New Propeller.” Today, we have another glimpse of what to expect from the album with their new single “Losing.”
The lead vocalist, Matthew Caws, reflects on loss with profound lyrics like “I have lost all there is/ I have lost what never was,” amidst intense guitar riffs. Although the song’s tone may seem bleak, there is a glimmer of optimism in the closing lines: “But this is just today/ It will go away.” You can listen to “Losing” below.
