Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy from the former group Psquare, caused a stir on social media with a recent live broadcast outlining the prerequisites for aspiring musicians hoping to join his record label. He highlighted the significant expenses associated with launching new talents and detailed the standards that artists must satisfy to be considered for a deal. Rudeboy reaffirmed the official dissolution of Psquare for the second time.
One of the stipulations set by Rudeboy is that aspiring signees must provide evidence of property ownership and obtain their parents’ consent. Furthermore, he imposed a stringent anti-smoking rule, declaring a hefty fine of N10 million for any artist caught violating the policy.
Rudeboy articulated:
“Before I sign an artist to my record label, they must possess property and have their parents’ approval. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, and if caught, a penalty of N10 million will be imposed.”
