Nectar, a band hailing from Champaign, Illinois, and fronted by vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist Kamila Glowacki, has been known for their catchy pop-punk tunes. Their latest single, “Too Much,” released through Lauren Records, follows their 2022 album No Shadow.
Glowacki shared on social media that the song is dedicated to those dealing with mental health struggles, PMDD, and other invisible disabilities. The lyrics delve into these themes with lines like, “Dear cycles won’t you tell me, Is this ebb and flow, The perfect natural reason, Why I feel so low? Wish I could plateau,” accompanied by powerful guitar riffs.
