Superdestroyer recently unveiled his upcoming album Nelson Comes To Visit, incorporating elements from Sega soundtracks, chiptune, punk, 90s RnB, and 80s pop. The lead single from this album titled “greenhill” was released this week.
“greenhill” showcases Superdestroyer’s signature glitchy style and eccentricity, typical of this Columbus-based project curated by the same individual behind Lonely Ghost, a record label. Additionally, retro game cartridges of the album are being offered for sale. These cartridges include a download of the LP, various mixes and demos, a case, and an instruction manual containing lyrics and liner notes.
Nelson Comes To Visit is set to be released on 8/23 under the Lonely Ghost label.
