The upcoming album, A Strange Tribute To Taylor Swift, features unexpected contributors like Cherie Currie from the Runaways, Dead Boys, Samantha Cole, Missing Persons, the Dollyrots, and more.
Cherie Currie and Dead Boys have collaborated on a punky rendition of Taylor Swift’s “I Can See You,” a “vault” track from 2023’s Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). These covers are meant to offer a unique twist from the originals. The album is set to be released in August, but several singles are already available, recognizing various eras of Swift’s music.
